COMMUNITY FITNESS CHALLENGE!
While we are all physically apart, let's unite and be physically fit together! In health, in community, in spirit and in fun.
What's in it for you, you ask?
(let me list the ways!)
-You'll feel good
-You'll get off the couch
-You'll can WIN GIFT CARDS FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES (YES. Us local businesses know how to band together)
-You'll push yourself to new limits
-You can bribe your kid to do it with you and call it Phys. Ed class
-Did I mention gift cards from local businesses?
-You won't come out of quarantine looking like the Michelin man/woman

What you need to know:
10 days / 5 exercises / 1 minute each / maximum repetition
Starts: April 20
Ends: April 30
HOW MANY CAN YOU DO IN ONE MINUTE?
HOW LONG CAN YOU HOLD A PLANK???
Track those numbers. Do it everyday. For 10 days. Post your numbers (and sweaty selfie!) on the Facebook Fun 'n Fit page.
Don't be dumb:
-ALWAYS stretch and warm up before you workout
-DON'T DO IT if you have health limitations and/ restrictions
-Know your modifications and use them

IS THERE A FEE? Yes and No.
IF you are unable to pay for the registration fee, don't sweat it. Save your sweat for the workout. We want you included.
IF you are able to donate $10, the fee will go towards a local food bank.
-Have Fun. Don't over think it. Just do your best.
-Share your numbers on the event page. (ie: how many push ups can you do? how long can you hold a plank?)
